# Assets

## 1. List of assets

On the list of assets you see current existing assets.

You can:

* Add/edit the assets
* List transactions for the asset
* Delete an asset

## 2. Add new/edit asset

### 2.1. Name

You can define a name for your asset.

### 2.2. Reference

You can define a reference your assets (e.g. bank account number). You can use alphanumeric values.

### 2.3. Description

You can define an additional description for your asset.

### 2.4. Color

You can define a color for your asset. This color will be used in lists and charts.

### 2.5. Use in income/expenses calculation

You can define whether an asset should be used for income/expenses calculation. If a booking on the asset should not influence your calculation (e.g. bank garanties) then set to "NO".

### 2.6. Online

You can set an asset online or offline. Only if an asset is online then users will see it when adding/editing transactions.

### 2.7. Primary

You can set an asset as primary, which will be preselected when you create a new transaction.

## 3. Delete an asset

Deleting an asset is only possible if **it is not used** for transactions.
